Bobbie Rabuck is an associate in the Litigation Services Group of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. Ms. Rabuck practices primarily in the area of family law, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, and adoption cases. She also has experience in handling criminal and juvenile delinquency and dependency cases.
Background
Ms. Rabuck received her Bachelor’s of Science in Administration of Justice from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2005. While in law school, she interned with the Allen County Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office in Lima, Ohio, where she was responsible for prosecuting the misdemeanor cases and summary and traffic citations involving juveniles. After graduating from Ohio Northern, Ms. Rabuck served as a Law Clerk to now President Judge David E. Grine of the Centre County Court of Common Pleas from September 2005 until January 2007, when she joined the Centre County Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Public Defender focusing her practice on the representation of children in custody actions, juvenile dependency proceedings, and juvenile delinquency cases. Ms. Rabuck is a life-long Philipsburg resident. She currently resides in Philipsburg with her husband Ryan and their son Bennett.

Ms. Rabuck was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2005. She is a member of the Centre County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
